Inca Trail Marathon + Big Vert TP plan
Hi! I recently purchased the Big Vert training peaks plan and I’m wondering what my true distance/elevation thresholds per week should be. The race itself isn’t long (26.2) but it has over 10,000 ft in elevation gain (11,000 descending). Is there a way to apply these numbers within the plan or do I have to manually amend each activity? Thanks!
