I just wonted to start the trainings plan and need some clarifications:
What does this mean:
1. “Run/hike on hilly terrain: Allow HR to reach the AeT level you determined” – is it running in zones 1 and/or 2 or at AeT?
2. “Aerobic Threshold Run: …Aerobic Threshold Pace at all times.” – is it running in zones 1 and/or 2 or at AeT?
Just to mention: My difference between AeT and AnT is 7%
I am aiming for a ski touring /skimo hut-to hut tour in March.
Attached jpd shows my HR over the last 90 days training before starting the plan. Zones are as recommended by uphill athlete book and also determined as described in that book.
