So Week’s 1-3 are (say) 5 hours
Weeks 4-5 are 5h 30m
Weeks 6-7 are 5h 46m
Week 8 is 2h 53m
Hi, sorry for the silly question but how do you increase the percentage during the training.
If I am starting with 5 hours, the increase of 10% is 330 minutes (5:30 hours) , then the increase of 5% is of 15 minutes or 16.5 minutes.
It makes little difference here in transition but very big one in base period
