I forgot to mention this in our last Zoom, once FUA 4 ends you will no longer have access to this private forum, however there is a forum on the UA webpage called The Female Uphill Athlete for all the women out there! It is monitored by an UA female athlete as well as coaches if a question comes across that might be too specialized. And of course you all can contribute and support one another there! We are continuing to do our best to find ways and means to support our community. Happy Training!
