I’m in the middle of the 16 week mountaineering plan, and getting fantastic results!
The dates of my trip have been pushed out a 4 weeks. What weeks / cycles in the plan should I repeat to extend the plan to my new start date?

I suggest repeating 5 and 6 or 6 and 7. And then repeat 10 and 11.
