I’m training for a 7 day backpacking trip this summer ( Wonderland Trail ). My current weekly TSS is 250, but I just started at the beginning of January. I will say that this has been about my current weekly load in the past. I’m going to progress my weekly TSS by 10% each week. If I do this by June 1st my weekly TSS will be about 950.
How do I know to maintain and stop increasing weekly? Is 950 TSS too much?
