I was wondering if anyone has worked with a breathing coach? i think half my issue is my breath, don’t tell me to slow down, im slow enough, i need to move faster but i can’t breath going faster. with all my yrs of training, i have never been able to breath through my nose, i have always used my mouth,i do nose breath during normal life. but once i get a heavy pack on and above 10k feet i just can’t keep my breath under control to keep up with the rest of my body. the zone 2 training does not seem to be helping this either. im not a runner, so this is all treadmill incline or steps or hiking breathing.
