Wondering about thoughts on how to best add rock climbing or weight workouts into the workout plan?
I’ve been noticing that the training is very much core and lower body focused & I seem to be tolerating the training load well – so thinking about adding either some weight training or general rock climbing into the training plan & trying to think though how to add this in in a thoughtful way.
Any thoughts? I do want to make sure that I’m not compromising rest/recovery as my goals over the next 6-8months are more ski then climbing oriented.
