    Hi,

I will try an make this brief. Data is in Trainingpeaks http://tpks.ws/YJMXGUZ5DLUDLE6A3RWFVZAMOE

Test done at 16% incline at 4.2km/h speed for a total of 2 hrs including 20 min warmup at 3.7 and 4.0 km/h.

    Heartrate measured with chest strap.

    My findings:

Picking the interval from 0:20 to 1:20 my heart rate drifts 5%, suggesting my AeT to be at 110bpm.

Picking the interval from 1:00 to 2:00 my heart rate drifts less than 4%, suggesting my AeT to be higher than 120bpm.

    That leaves me confused.

I tested my AeT to be 140bpm about a year and a half ago, but I am definitely less fit than I was th time. But an AET of 110 bpm would be a bummer (I could not more than briskly walk even on flat tracks to stay that low).

Any thoughts? Thanks the input in advance!
