I don’t think you need to tweak anything as the SkiMo plan should already include all the training principles shared in the Training for the Uphill Athlete book.

Hi, I bought this plan (and loved it) before the new book came out. How should I tweak this to account for the new information in TFtUA? I am training for ski mountaineering. Thanks in advance.
