Brian has experience coaching athletes of all abilities and disciplines, ranging from Juniors in Track and Field, High School Cross-Country, youth sports teams, and 100-milers. Brian helps athletes understand how to balance their training with work-life while creating a fun and educational experience for his clients. As a husband and father himself, Brian understands the physical and emotional demands the majority of us face.
